Back to Labels/Compose
Press the "Merge" button to build the labels and apply the merge content. You must specify the label starting position.
This will allow you to begin the labels at a position other than the first label, thereby allowing you to use up partial sheets of labels (by turning them around and running them through the printer again).
You can review the list of labels and make per-label modifications.
Printing
Press the Print Labels button to print. The labels will pop up in a new window. Press 'Continue'. This will show the Print Setup Dialog (if necessary). Make sure your print setup is correct and press OK. The Print Dialog will appear. Press 'Print' or 'Cancel'.
Completed
If you press 'Print', the labels will be printed but they will also be marked Completed.
If you don't print, but still want to mark the labels completed, you can check this checkbox manually.
Going back
If you need to make corrections to the entire set of labels, click "Revert" to go back to the Labels/Compose screen. Note that clicking "Revert" un-merges your content and undoes any per-label changes you may have made.
It is the action of merging that pulls data from your file (from your Contact's table, for example) so if your data has changed, clicking "Revert" and then re-merging your data will bring the most up to date information from your table into your label.
