Back to Email/Compose
Press the "Merge" button to build the messages and apply the merge content. You can review the list of messages and make per-message modifications.
Test Mode versus Live Mode
By default, fmSpark enters in Test Mode. In this Mode, email messages will only be sent to a designated Test Address (as specified in Settings, though you can change this on the fly).
To Toggle Modes, click on the Test Mode or Live Mode button. It will alternate from saying "Test Mode" or "Live Mode" and the icon will change color to indicate which mode you're in.
To Send or Test the messages, click on the Test All/Test One or Send All/Send One buttons (depending on Mode).
Completed
An email draft is marked completed when all messages are Sent. Alternatively, you can mark the draft completed manually by checking the box.
If messages fail, the status will remain Unsent. You should inspect these messages and, if you can fix them, press the Send All button again. Sent message will not be resent, so you can use this technique to finish sending a partially sent draft without worrying about sending duplicate messages.
Going back
If you need to make corrections to the entire set of messages, click "Revert" to go back to the Email/Compose screen. Note that clicking "Revert" un-merges your content and undoes any per-email changes you may have made.
It is the action of merging that pulls data from your file (from your Contact's table, for example) so if your data has changed, clicking "Revert" and then re-merging your data will bring the most up to date information from your table into your email.
