HTML Stationery is reusable HTML that is used as a basis for substitutions via the placeholder tags in HTML email messages. It can be as simple as:

In which case the contents of the "Region 1" tab under the HTML tab will be substituted for the entire BODY...

Or as complex as necessary. Note: some consideration should be shown to the specific technologies used within the HTML as support for various HTML components is not standard across all email clients.

Here's a more complex stationery, but still one that pretty straightforward:

<meta http-equiv="Content-type" content="text/html;
<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF">
<table align=center valign=top width=550>
<div align="center">[region1]</div>
<div align="center"><font size="2" color="#002855" face="Palatino">
123 MAIN STREET - JACKSONVILLE - FLORIDA - 12345 - 987-654-3211

In this example, [region1] is centered at the top of the stationery and [region2] is the main content area. Note that your stationery will always contain tags [region1], [region2], etc. even though you'll give these regions names on the HTML Stationery tab of the Settings screen. Here is an example where we've named "region 2" as "Subhead2". That is the second region so it will correspond with [region2]:
